1 egg &amp; 1/2 cup milk &#8211; mixture for dipping<br />
Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs<br />
8 slices mozzarella cheese, or more<br />
1 jar (16 oz) spaghetti sauce<br />
Parmesan cheese</p>
<div class="recipeb">Directions:</div>
<p>Dip the chicken breasts in milk/egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. Brown in a little oil on both sides until golden. Set aside in baking dish.<br />
Slice 8 pieces of mozzarella cheese and put two on each chicken breast. Pour 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake at 350 F around 30 min or until bubbly.<br />
Serve with spaghetti or linguine, garlic bread and a green salad.</p>

•	Add the stock or water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook until the carrots are tender.<br />
• Puree the soup in a blender and then strain through a sieve.<br />
•	Reheat the soup and season with salt and pepper, ladle into bowls, and serve hot with bread.</p>
